A 2018 graduate of the UBC Sauder’s Real Estate Division, Zanyar Farhadi checks off all the boxes for today’s real estate clients. Originally from Sanandaj, Iran, Zanyar moved to Canada in 2003, where he studied electronics engineering and gained valuable experience as a senior inspector for Industry Canada. He vaulted himself to the position of Quality Manager before turning to his passion, his field of excellence, real estate.

Zanyar’s wealth of knowledge of construction, zoning and bylaws, honed by a combination of personal experience as an investor, plus his education and career in real estate, culminate in a well-rounded real estate professional. First-time investors and home buyers can feel confident that they are in good hands, knowing that Zanyar, fluent in Farsi, Kurdish, Turkish and English, will always go the extra mile to ensure their needs are met.

In addition to being a lover of classic cars, Zanyar is an avid horticulturist. When not researching and developing new channels for growth, he can be found kayaking or taking a stroll on Vancouver’s Seawall, enjoying the breathtaking landscape of British Columbia.
